After you have finished your selection, click on "Order Now" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Please note when Adding Telephone Number Details please OMIT GAPS e.g. 01714565345 We accept credit card payment Visa, Mastercard, Switch with Issue No, Solo, Maestro and JCB cards.

If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. In the case of Switch card please include the Card Issue Number on your order in the comments section. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Our web site is fully secure, so your card details remain safe.

We accept cheques only for UK orders. Place an order on our web site and Select Pay by Cheque. Send in your Cheque made payable to the Health and Beauty Studio. We will dispatch your items when we receive your Cheque in the post.

Credit Card Security. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer and they are not held in any clear text on any website.

Guarantee. We guarantee your satisfaction. If the product you receive is not as you expected you may return it within 14 days for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Delivery. We aim to dispatch your goods within 48 hours of receiving your order. For UK Orders we use First Class Recorded Delivery and to Europe, Air Mail. Please allow 3 and 8 days respectively for receipt. Orders in December may be subject to special Christmas surcharges and conditions. Refer site for details.
